A change in my dental insurance carrier at the beginning of 2010 forced me to change from Desert Dentistry to Southwest Dental in order to receive “in network” benefits. Due to very poor customer service, quality of care, and billing issues, I returned to Desert Dentistry in the fall of 2010 despite not being fully covered from an expense standpoint.
